We have created a few solutions that we can present as case studies, so as to utilise for future events and projects. We highlight 4 key solutions that leverage on 4 key technologies to help us run events:
Fully automated QR Code Registration system using personalised QR Codes sent via Reminder SMS to
delegates' phones and scanning onsite at iPad counters to print personalised badges in real time. use of embedded QR Codes in badge as VCards and for session tracking using portable QR Code scanners at Session entrances, and exhibitor solution tracking.
Onsite NFC tagging of badges and ability for delegates to scan badges throughout event venue for personalised agenda and individual meeting schedules. iPads kiosks were deployed around the venue easily with no cabling required at all and guests were able to scan their badges to see the on-going sessions as well as their personalised sessions/meetings etc.
A set of Vending Machines were customised for the Singapore Navy to allow users to redeem limited edition drinks by playing a game on their smartphones, and getting them to redeem a free drink by presenting their QR Redemption coupon via mobile phone. The VMs were first deployed at the Changi Naval Base Open House and later to the Temasek Polytechnic where students could download a customised game onto their phone, achieve a high score, and redeem this for a drink in real time.
Fully automated Multiplayer game to control a live gameshow in real time with direct interaction with M/C. This game had many gaming components that were activated by a single human controller in sync with the M/C. The game play was controlled by buzzers for the players, and the scoring was tabulated in real-time by the game, and displayed in real time to electronic scoreboards.
