Registration

• By registering for the 3RD EDITION OF the CAA International Cocoa Conference Exhibition and Dinner (hereinafter referred to as the “CAA International Cocoa Conference Exhibition and Dinner”, “CAAICCE2024” or the “Conference”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

• All prices quoted are in US Dollars.
• Travel & accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fees.
• For payment made via PayPal, there will be a 5% admin fee included in the registration fees.

Terms & Conditions

1. Participation is not possible without prior payment of the registration fee, except if indicated otherwise by the Cocoa Association of Asia (CAA).
2. No Refunds & Cancellations will be made for registered participants. Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable until 21st August 2024. For name substitutions, a processing fee of USD50 will be charged.
3. Early bird registration applies for fees received from 1st February to 31 March 2024, for Conference tickets only.
4. Any outstanding conference fee owing to the conference will have to be paid online.
5. Replacement – requests to be sent to the event secretariat at: jude@djr.productions no later than 21 August 2024, a processing fee of USD50.00 will be charged.
6. For any corrections to your registration, please contact the secretariat immediately at jude@djr.productions.
7. An additional USD50 administrative fee will be charged for manual registration.
8. The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject a registration request.
